While each pond and water feature system we construct is carefully designed to stay as clean as possible, we do create naturally functioning systems, meaning that the growth of some algae and aquatic vegetation is inescapable. In fact, it can even be an indication of a healthy ecosystem. However, periodic maintenance is typically recommended in order to ensure proper water quality and keep unwanted growth in check, especially during the heat of mid-summer. Clearwater Restoration excels at developing and enacting management plans, tailored specifically to each unique system and the owner's goals and personal preferences.

During the summer months, maintenance is usually carried out weekly, with more frequent visits if necessary to keep the property looking pristine.
